Creative, self-motivated, self-confident, results-oriented and detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and work in ever-changing environments and situations.
This is a hybrid position, the employee will work from home but have required, off-site staff and committee meetings and event responsibilities as part of the job.
Hours will vary and can be evening and/or weekends, depending on the event.
Canva experience helpful.
CRM training will be provided for cross functional abilities.
Creates content calendar for events and programming in collaboration with various committee needs and updates Executive Director and Committee Chair weekly.
Participate on committees related to key and signature events to understand marketing needs and purpose of the events themselves.
Organizes social media schedule/posts and maintains active accounts to engage the community, membership, and visitors.
Familiarity with SEO principles and strategies.
Assists in the designs of event promotional materials as well as other marketing materials to meet Chamber objectives.
Secures photos at Chamber functions to use for Chamber materials (website, social media) in an organized manner for easy accessibility for all staff.
Maintains electronic filing system in Microsoft Designs creative marketing ideas and works within budget for organizational events, programs, and membership outreach as needed.
Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns Supports the other Chamber staff and programming as needed Minimum of a 2-year degree in Marketing/Social Media with equivalent work experience Note:
