SarahCare is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with basic accounting and bookkeeping capabilities for our Stow Center.
Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly.
The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and committed to consistently meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Administrative support to members of staff.
Type, file, fax, copy, answer phones and all other related clerical duties Greet visitors upon arrival and supervise entrance.
Maintain a neat and orderly entrance area.
Upload reports to company websites Check in and out all participants for the day and adhere to COVID requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent:
associate degree preferred, plus (2) years' experience performing responsible administrative and clerical duties.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook Previous administrative experience preferred.
Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
