Obtaining and organizing bid documents for projects Understanding contracts/scopes of work Performing material take-offs and obtaining material prices from vendors Soliciting and analyzing proposals from sub-contractors Assist in project estimating and pricing Managing the submittals process for sold projects Assist in preparing change orders, ordering materials, coordinating with clients, general contractors and landscape architects Assist in invoicing and job costing for projects Keep project files and documentation organized and accessible to senior project managers and field operations manager Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Landscape Architecture preferred Internship experience or 1-3 years of work experience (landscape experience preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, In-Site or other earthwork program Strong work ethic Effective oral and written communications skills Strong analytical skills necessary to coordinate and manage several projects at once Benefits Pay based on proven experience Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off 401k Benefits Check us out! https:
