We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service:
First Impressionist.
As a First Impressionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.
Days/Hours Required:
Friday
two additional weekdays:
7:
30-10:
30am AND 3:
30-6:
30pm; Saturday:
8am-12pm and Sunday:
3-5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have - Provide accurate information about our services to customers - Check in and check out including processing payments for services - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services - Maintain customer records and update information in the database including vaccinations - Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service - Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times Skills:
