This includes administrative oversight of client communications and requests, corrdinating between the President, Clients, and Area Managers, and conducting weekly team meetings.
This role also includes oversight of field operations including; new building startups, client meetings and walkthroughs, training and discipline, and emergency coverage if necessary.
A typical work schedule includes 12-4pm in the office and 4-8pm in the field.
Some weekends may be required.
This is a salaried role starting at $52,000 yearly with opportunities for performance bonuses.
You must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation to get to and from work, and be able to a pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate service activities for assigned buildings.
Oversee and control supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications.
Interact with customers daily to obtain feedback on services and special needs.
Manage the company's quality control monitoring programs Attempt to increase revenue by ensuring that Supervisors are looking for ways to provide additional or periodic services to the customers.
Analyze and manage, in a proactive manner, both the financial and operational performance of the assigned buildings.
Manage and provide leadership to Area Managers, Supervisors, and other personnel assigned to the buildings.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws.
Responsible for directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining subordinates; addressing complaints, resolving problems, and terminating employees.
