Hospitality Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic & resourceful Hospitality Manager who will help to organize & run the daily operations of an estate/home office.
You will be responsible for keeping the home & property clean, tidy, and always presentable.
In addition, the Hospitality Manager will coordinate and supervise tradespeople onsite, help assist with events and guests on property and help with Farmers Market.
We are seeking someone with a passion for caring for others and who is naturally hard-working and giving.
Schedule:
Monday-Saturday, Full Time Job Duties:
Help keep home and property clean and organized.
Make sure guests feel welcomed and comfortable.
Perform housekeeping functions such as (but not limited to) laundry, vacuuming, dusting, and mopping.
Refreshing bedrooms & bathrooms with linens & supplies.
Refreshing flowers inside home & estate.
Coordinate & manage onsite services for events, liaising with vendors and partners as necessary for personal & professional events.
Assist with daily lunch set up & cleanup for home office staff.
Create menus & labels using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud.
Run necessary errands and help with shopping.
Help assist the gardener with watering plants.
Manage tradespeople that come onsite to do work.
Manage, stock, and keep an inventory of supplies such as (but not limited to) paper products, office supplies, food & beverage, and a first aid closet.
Manage storage facility items & inventory.
Assist with wildlife care on the property.
Assist with Animal care for two small dogs.
Any additional tasks needed by the homeowner.
Job Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, technologically proficient.
Excellent time management and attention to detail Works efficiently and calmly under pressure.
Strong people skills and demonstrated ability to ensure high-quality service to homeowner & guests.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and an excellent listener.

Qualifications:
Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle.
Ability to pass a background check.
Associates or BA in Hospitality Management or Related Field 1-3 years' experience in hospitality or a similar environment.
Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud to create menus, labels, etc.
Microsoft Office & technology savvy a plus.
