Position Overview The Membership Coordinator is responsible for growing and retaining our membership base by participating in proper membership sales, training sellers on the membership benefits, member promotions, scheduling annual visits and focusing on retaining.
Key Responsibilities Clear follow-up tab of any expiring credit cards Clear follow-up tab of any expiring memberships by renewing them Contact all memberships suspended in the past six months and attempt renewal, offer promos Clear follow up tab of any unscheduled service visits Strategically schedule maintenance visits with opportunity calls or slow periods (q1) Ensure that the 1/3 of the board is always has opportunity (old) equipment calls Fill service schedule 3 day call board (3/2/1) with maintenance visits Build a retainment plan and reduce churn Help train CSRs, ISRs and technicians on sales for memberships to grow membership base Design promotions for members to fill 3 day call boards and drive membership value Conduct Happy Call membership sales Thanks for having us out, I see you didn't sign up for HHM.

High school diploma/GED required Associate degree preferred but not required 3-5 years marketing experience preferred Tech savvy and proficient in using Share Site, Service Titan, Google Suite Must pass random drug testing Able to work both independently and as part of a team General knowledge of basic home service needs Desired Skills and Experience If you can achieve the above and you find it fun and challenging - you have just the right amount.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
