ROLE DESCRIPTION
I.
Purpose:
Assist with the processing and shipping of samples and literature.
II.
Duties
Assist in the processing of sample requests in e2000 and CRM in a timely and efficient manner.
Preparing and shipping packages by FedEx, UPS and mail.
Assist in keeping inventory replenished and labeled.
Maintain neat housekeeping in the department.
Assist with preparations for distributing samples for all tradeshows and open houses.
Responsible for the delivery of copy paper once a week.
Responsible for shelving inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Daily availability 9:00-1:00 Monday - Friday; 7:30 - 4:30 as needed for vacation coverage (approximately 25-30 days/year)
Education & Experience Required

Detail oriented.
