Primary Responsibilities: The Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager are responsible for business development, intensely penetrating their markets and properly promoting and selling our service.
These responsibilities pertain to existing and future markets.
This is a position requiring much field time.

Job Description
Lingo Staffing is seeking an Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager with success in selling, negotiation, communication and problem solving in a fast-paced business environment.
The Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager reports to the Branch Manager and is primarily responsible for the following:
Aggressive prospecting (cold calls)
Giving sales presentations
Closing the sale
New account development
Creating partnerships with key executives
Making sales quotas
Strong work ethic
Must be a "people person"
Positive attitude
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, productive while unsupervised
Ability to multi-task and shift priorities
Staffing Industry experience is a plus
Compensation
Starting salary ($30K DOE)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
