The AtNetPlus Technical Department consists of a team of skilled Network Engineers with various levels of experience that work closely together to meet client's expectations.
If you are a seasoned consultant with at least 5 years of experience supporting Windows server environments and you thrive on solving a variety of technical challenges, this job may be for you. At AtNetPlus, a Senior Systems Engineer must be adaptable, and able to assist other technicians whenever needed. You must also enjoy working directly with clients who are non-technical. Patience and the ability to simplify complex issues are essential to succeed in this position.
In addition, your experience must include a strong understanding of Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, MS Small Business Server, Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013, Active Directory, networking infrastructure (routing, switching, and security) and Dell Server hardware platforms. Proven ability in designing, installing and supporting small and medium Microsoft Windows & Exchange environments is necessary to succeed in this job. In addition, strong procedural and documentation skills are expected.
Other Key Areas of Experience
Time Management Skills
Communication (verbal / written)
Windows, Active Directory, and group policy troubleshooting.
Diverse storage environments including DAS, NAS, and SAN.
Support and Tier 1, 2, and 3 troubleshooting a strong plus.
In-depth understanding of network infrastructure (WAN, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls).
Multiple certifications are strongly desired:
MCSE, MCSA, MCITP, CCNP, CCNA, CCEA, VCP or other IT certifications is advantageous.
Cisco experience preferred.

Onsite and remote technical support
respond to customer inquiries
research required information using available resources
handle and resolve customer issues
identify and escalate priority issues
follow up customer calls where necessary
Communicate sales opportunities to Account Managers
Oncall rotation
Administrative
Time entry should be completed as tickets are generated, weekly reports are due 8am Monday morning for previous week.
Performance expectations - 85% billable is the expectation for the position.

5 or more years of technical experience

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
